We could avoid a French Revolution style uprising if a small amount of the population was not so greedy. The Top 1% of earners now hold more wealth than all of the middle class. Middle-class financial security has eroded in the past several decades.
The small number of people with billions in assets need to start adopting highways, filling food banks, and building houses or something for the greater good because history shows severe income inequality leads to revolutions.
